GREETINGS!
As a quality sustenance measure as directed by NAAC, Seth Gyaniram Bansidhar Podar College established Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in 2021. IQAC being an integral part of the college works towards achieving the goals. Enhancement of quality by developing a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in various aspects of the functioning of the College. IQAC assures the stakeholders i.e. students, parents, teachers, employees, management, employers, funding agencies, and society in general accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institute and its concern for ensuring the quality of education. The internal quality assurance system is a step towards excellence. The IQAC of Seth Gyaniram Bansidhar Podar College conducts orientation programs for the faculty, administrative staff, and students. It organizes an open platform to provide face-to-face interaction between students and college authorities. It conducts staff assessments to maintain quality and improve the teaching, learning, assessment, and research experiences in the College to provide valuable feedback. It documents and reports on various activities of the college for various higher education needs. The infrastructural resources of the College have been continuously followed up to assure adequate, suitable, and better facilities to ensure a conducive and enabling environment for teaching, learning, evaluation, and research. Through all these measures IQAC is one of the important components of the college which ensures quality and continuous improvement in all the units/aspects of the college.
