Seth Gyaniram Bansidhar Podar College has inherited its unique legacy from great visionaries and philanthropists such as Mahatma Gandhi, Pt. Madan Mohan Malaviya, Shri Jamnalal Bajaj, and Shri Anandilal Podar who played an instrumental role in the setting up of the Anandilal Podar Trust. The Anandilal Podar Trust was established as Anandilal Podar Charitable Society in the year 1921 with Father of Nation, Mahatma Gandhi as one of the Founder Chairman-Trustee.
