At Podar Institute of Management Studies (PIMS), Nawalgarh, this year’s Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with a unique and noble spirit, dedicated entirely to the valiant soldiers of our nation.

Titled “Colors, Courage & Care: A Rakhi Tribute for Bharat Ke Veer”, the event brought together students and faculty in a moving display of patriotism and gratitude.

The celebration began with a warm welcome by Faculty Coordinator Ms. Priya Sharma, followed by a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony.

Dr. Ambrish Sharma, Dean of Management, highlighted the emotional connection between the festival and the selfless service of our soldiers, urging students to recognize their duty towards the nation.

Principal Dr. Satyendra Singh, the Chief Guest, praised the initiative as a “beautiful blend of tradition, creativity, and patriotism.”

Cultural Performances:

Touching poems, songs, and a patriotic skit by students like Megha, Shifa, Jasveer Kaur, Payal, and Aditi moved the audience. Symbolically, rakhis were tied to soldiers’ photos, honoring their dedication.

Dr. H.P. Singh, Dean of Computer Science, appreciated the students’ sincere efforts.

The event concluded with an emotional musical tribute as the handmade rakhis were lovingly packed to be sent to the soldiers.

The entire event was beautifully coordinated by Ms. Priya Sharma and Mr. Pankaj Chotia.

Heartfelt congratulations and wishes were extended by the Chairman of Anandilal Podar Trust, Mr. Rajiv Podar, Trustee Dr. Vedica Podar, and Director Mr. M.D. Shanbhag for the successful and meaningful celebration.

The program concluded with the National Anthem, filling every heart with pride and reverence.
