Mental Health Awareness Rally
Under the aegis of the Anandilal Podar Trust, the Podar Educational Institutions organized an awareness rally on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. The primary objective of this rally was to raise awareness about the importance of mental health. The rally was organized under the guidance of Ms. Vedica Podar, founder of Kangaroo Minds & Mental Health Advocate.
The rally was flagged off by Principal Dr. Satyendra Singh, Executive Director of the trust, Mr. M.D. Shanbhag, Mr. Surendra Saini, Mr. Srikant Murarka, C.I. Sugan Singh, Mr. Murli Manohar Choubey, and Director of Public Relations Dr. Vinod Saini. Participants included students from Podar College, NCC cadets, NSS volunteers, Scouts & Guides, and students from Podar TT College, Podar GPS, and Panabai Ramnath Podar School. The rally commenced from Podar College, passed through Police Station and Nansa Gate, and concluded at Ramdevra Chowk.
Notable attendees included Principal Dr. Satyendra Singh, Principal Dr. Durga Bhojak, Dr. Pooja Panwar, Mrs. Jyoti, Mr. Bakshi, and Mrs. Rejula Devasi were present and emphasized the need for mental health awareness.
